Strategic Conversations: New Volunteer Association Presidents & Presidents-Elect

This small-group conference call series is for incoming volunteer presidents and president elects of the League of American Orchestras’ member orchestra associations. To register for this Strategic Conversation, please complete the following online form no later than September 20, 2013.
This Strategic Conversation consists of six 60-minute calls for peer-to-peer learning, mentored by two experienced facilitators who can answer questions and help guide the conversation. It is a safe space for new association presidents and president elects to better understand the role they can play in their orchestra. Agenda and printed materials will be sent before each call, covering topics such as fundraising, membership, leadership, and more.
The tuition fee for this program is $50.
The Strategic Conversation call schedule is 3:00pm-4:00pm Eastern Standard Time on the following Mondays: October 7th, October 21st, November 4th, November 18th, December 2nd, and December 9th.
Please note that although the majority of the calls are biweekly, the last two are only a week apart.
In the event of insufficient enrollment, the League reserves the right to cancel this Strategic Conversation.
