DOOR DROP REQUEST FORM - AMCP NEXUS 2018

Companies that are participating in The Exchange, are conducting an AMCP-sanctioned Satellite Symposium, or sponsoring an event in conjunction with the Nexus are eligible to conduct a door drop to promote your participation at AMCP Nexus. To do so, your compay must forward a sample of the material to AMCP for approval.  Journals, magazine issues and supplements are not permitted.  If approved, AMCP will provide an authorized memo including the specific hotel contact information for making door drop arrangements.  There is a fee of $1000 for each door drop, in addition to the charges from the Orlando World Center Marriott.  The Orlando World Center Marriott will require a copy of the approval memo from AMCP to process arrangements for the door drop.  Final cost is determined by Orlando Marriott World Center and those billing arrangements must be made directly between the company and the hotel.

AMCP's approval of a door drop neither constitutes endorsement of that door drop nor warrants the effectiveness or quality of that door drop.  AMCP reserves the right to refuse a door drop from any source or to reject any proposed door drop that directly competes with the Academy or is not in keeping with Academy standards.
