His experience also includes serving as CFO during the turnaround of a $60-million commercial and industrial electrical design and construction company.

William is a Certified Construction Industry Professional and a Certified Cost Consultant. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management and a M.S. in Public Policy and Management, both from Carnegie Mellon University. William is skilled in the use of various construction accounting software platforms and holds a copyright for an automated financial reporting model.
