Prior to founding Construction Turnaround Consultants, Bill was an expert consultant at The Duggan Rhodes Group, a leading construction claims consulting firm. His experience also includes serving as CFO during the turnaround of a $60-million commercial and industrial electrical design and construction company. William is a Certified Construction Industry Professional and a Certified Cost Consultant. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management and a M.S. in Public Policy and Management, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
