Please Read the Following Before Registering for all Lactation Services:

Registration is required in order for us to prepare for the sessions.


Please review the session you are registering for to confirm in-person or virtual. This will be in the title of the class.

All in-person sessions will be held on the 8th Floor of the Zayed Building.

You and your care partner are required to bring a valid state or government photo I.D. with you to the event. Zayed 8 is a secured unit and we are required to provide security with a roster of all registrants and care partners.  


If you are unable to attend a class or group, we ask that you email JHHLactation@jhmi.edu so that we may open the slot to another family.

Make your selections below for the events you wish to register for, scroll to the bottom of this page to click "Submit". Please complete all pages to finish the registration. A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have successfully registered.

If registering for a virtual class, an email with the zoom link will be sent in a separate email prior to your class. 

For FREE EVENTS, please only sign up for ONE class to allow spaces for all families.

The Small Group Lactation Education Class is 90-minutes long, offered in a virtual  and in-person setting. 

 These classes are taught by our Internatational Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC). Topics include the decision to breastfeed, preparing your home and family, and what your hospital experience will feel like.
