In most instances, plans and specifications are, without question, critical to the success of any construction project. When the plans and specifications are clear and without significant errors or omissions, the project is much more likely to be on time and within budget. But, what happens when plans are riddled with errors, conflicts or omissions?

Mr. Morrow frequently is retained to assist during the pre-construction stage, including representing owners and developers through the acquisition, development and entitlement process and assisting in negotiating and preparing contract documents tailored to suit individual projects. Mr. Morrow also advises clients with contract administration during contract performance and through the claim process, including claim preparation and prosecuting and defending claims to resolution through negotiation, litigation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
